Galena Cellars proudly presents the annual Nouveau Parade & Celebration, marking the release of the highly anticipated yearly Nouveau wine! The festivities kick off with a lively parade at 2:30 p.m., as revelers take to Galena’s Main Street in a variety of transportation modes, from horse-drawn wagons to trolleys. The procession delivers the first bottles of the new Nouveau wine to local merchants displaying the Nouveau posters in their windows. The air buzzes with excitement as participants and spectators alike embrace the spirit of "Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé!"

The celebration doesn’t stop with the parade. Throughout the weekend, local restaurants and businesses keep the festive atmosphere alive with live music, wine tastings, special dinner menus, and receptions. The festivities extend to Galena Cellars' own downtown location at 111 N. Main Street, where a special luncheon will be hosted to commemorate the occasion.
