On Saturday, August 4th from 12-6 you can enjoy an afternoon of fun, live music, craft beer and wine tastings, and lots of Chicken wings! Yep, it’s the East Dubuque Wing Fest. All the fun will take place on Sinsinawa Ave. and admission is free, so bring your friends and come hungry!
Market House Square Arts Festival
On Saturday, August 11, and Sunday, August 12, Galena is hosting its 10th annual outdoor art festival! At the event, you can browse the many exhibits by local and regional artists showcasing their paintings, woodwork, jewelry, pottery, baskets, and more. Don’t miss out on the local musicians that will perform throughout the day and the plenty of food and beverages available for purchase. This event is free and located in the Old Market House Square.
Midwest Garlic Fest
Sunday, August 12, Terrapin Park is going to smell like garlic! From 11 a.m.-4 p.m., the Galena Garlic Company is organizing a garlic festival. The fest will host many local vendors selling naturally grown garlic, garlic-related food items, local garlic-themed dishes, beer, and wine. Event admission is $3 and there will be live entertainment and children’s activities throughout the day!
Fall into Stockton
On August 18 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Stockton, IL is celebrating fall! The festival is great for the whole family and will feature kids’ activities, crafters, vendors, food, live music and the 2018 BBQ Fest. Admission is free and live musicians Aaron Philips, Lexy Parr, Ruby Blonde Band, and Michelle and LuAnn will perform.
