Dinner Date with History

This event is one date you don’t want to miss. Join Galena’s top three bed and breakfasts from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10 for an evening of food, live entertainment, and history. Tickets are $60 per person and space is limited.

Galena Nouveau Wine Weekend

A weekend dedicated to wine? You heard right! From Nov. 16-17, Main Street will be celebrating the harvest season with parades, live music, and wine tastings at restaurants and pubs throughout downtown Galena. Events on Friday can be found here, and Saturday’s events are listed here.

Shop Small Weekend

Shop until you drop Nov. 23-25 to support Galena’s local small businesses. Enjoy free hot cocoa, check out the holiday decorations, and take advantage of special promotions and demonstrations. Businesses will be open late on Black Friday, and Small Business Saturday in Galena will be a day you won’t want to miss!

Holiday Kick-Off

‘Tis the season of holiday happenings! From noon-6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24 along Main Street, join in the celebration to kick off to the holidays with carolers, Santa’s escort parade, the lighting of the tree and more. Admission is free.

Dark Side of the Yule

On Friday, Nov. 30 at Historic Turner Hall, Dark Side of the Yule takes the stage for a classic-rock Christmas holiday concert. From 7:30– 9:30 p.m., bring your family to hear a new take on traditional carols and a mix of rock and roll. Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for children.
