- Pick-up for advance purchase tickets is located in Mountainside Outfitters.
- Guests unable to ride the slide or chair lift due to physical restrictions should see a staff member for additional options.
- Maximum boat capacity is 30 people.
- Boat does not wait for late arrivals and all tickets are non-refundable!
