Donation

Chestnut Mountain is proud to support non-profit organizations dedicated to youth, education, health and wellness, and the environment. We place special emphasis on those requests originating in the eight-county region of Jo Daviess, Carroll, Stephenson, Dubuque, Jackson, Clinton, Grant, and Lafayette. Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive, all inquiries must be made through the online request form below. Inquiries submitted via telephone, email, fax or in other forms will not be considered. To be eligible for a donation, your request must also meet the following criteria:

• Benefiting organizations must have a 501(c)3 non-profit status.
• Requests must be submitted a minimum of eight weeks, and not more than six months, in advance of a fundraising event.

Submitting a donation request does not guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. A message regarding our decision to grant or decline donation requests will be sent via email within four weeks of submission. Regretfully, we receive more donation requests than can be supported. If a request is declined, please know that this does not reflect the value or importance that Chestnut Mountain Resort places on your program or cause.
